uhm so im sorry i didnt come out today
i didnt feel so good, and i dont want to get you guys sick too.... its not fun
so i did an ab workout today on those bosu balls, and it hurts to stand up straight ...

6Then the Spirit of God suddenly took control of Saul and made him furious.

i really liked this verse. i really like the " then th spirit of God suddenly took control of Saul"
having God take over you, use you..... man intense stuff.

sleep in tomorrow
take my drugs, and then go watch fame

"“No one will be executed today, for today the Lord has rescued Israel!”"
i didnt get anything from this verse in CONTEXT but out of context it reminded me of "came to my rescue". That song is my favorite, in terms of all time favorite , that i can never get sick of. The reason is because the song makes the singers so DESPERATE for God and gives a sense of NEED FOR GOD. And on the flip side, God RESCUING us from our sins. Its really the pinnacle of our faith!

Yeah I didn't really get anything from the chapter again. but Saul is crowned and officially made king. But the one verse that did catch my attention was the same one as the one isaac just pointed out;
"No one will be exectued today, for today the Lord has rescued isarel"
It was the only general verse haha that I could find that I felt could relate to me.. it really reminds us of God's grace in rescuing us from a lot of the struggles that we face.. Today during devos when we wre talking about universities and our future and all the big decisions i started internally freaking out.. But I really hope that I can place FULL TRUST in God to rescue me from this confusion that I feel about what I should do with the rest of my life.. And I hope that it will be actual trust. not just lip service trust.. I'll really make sure to work on th at and spend more time LISTENING

Hey guys, good practice today... When i came home, it wasn't the best day of my life... HAHA well hope u guys are having a great time and have a great day 2morrow... Plus i didn't rele get much from this chapter except that god was using Saul to lead the israelites...
