Psalm 26 March 19th

First day back, not half bad.
2: Test me, O LORD, and try me, examine my heart and my mind;

I think David was trying to say that God tests us everyday, exactly like how Pastor Dan was tested on his God view. God tests us and allows for bad things to come, as happiness and eternal life in heaven will be rewarded to those that succeed and know the truth.

      Test my motives and my heart.
He is basically telling Jesus to do whatever he wants to him to prove that he will remain faithful in god! I didn't learn much from this chapter, but j know that I want to have such confidence in my faith to be able to say that to god.

Sorry I that I haven't posted in a while.....I'll start posting more starting today.....

Psalm 26 overlaps with the previous chapters.....It just talks about why we should be praising God. Also, this chapter explains what God expects from us. I think that this chapter was the most positive out of the chapters in Psalm. I find that many other chapters in Psalm usualy warn us about false teachings.

like for the most of you guys, i havent really gotten much from this chapter. but i do think that it is important since it is pretty much talking about why we should believe in God through our everyday lives because he has done so much for us and helped us. we should put our faith in him and let go of our selfishness like what pastor daniel had told us on sunday.
