Psalm 18 March 6th

This chapter talks about how god rescues this person from the depths of the sea and stuff like that, but I also want to say that we should not only go to god in our times of deep trouble and need. Come to god even with your smallest troubles, cus he is always willing to listen and loves you like a father. This is better than not even speaking to him. What kind of a relationship is that? When you come to god with everything you have a problem with or have joy over, god will eventually show you how petty our issues are, and how much joy we can actually have in our lives, if that made sense.. Ahaha

18 They confronted me in the day of my disaster,
but the Lord was my support.

I dont know why but this verse stuck out to me particularly.
Even in the ROUGHEST days, the lord was my support
When things feel like nothing could get worse,
There's ALWAYS god to be our rock
Someone we can lean and depend on.
God's not just there when things are rough, he's there when things are easy
When things are happy.
Just a reminder, no matter how absent god may seem
HE IS always there
I'm sure that at one point, we all forget that.

sorry for missing out! i was jam packed with homework and tests.
this chapter is pretty much talking about how great God is and how he always helps us and picks us up whenever we fall. i dont know how i would be here if it wasnt for God that always watched over me and helped me and guided me through the thick and thin.
3 I call to the Lord, who is worthy of priase, and I am saved from my enemies.
this verse made me think of how i constantly turn to God and call him
to help me, and i always make it through. i know everyone goes around saying that God deserves all our praise, but it is true. he deserves so much for just being with us and we should give back and acknowledge his presence and lift his name up high.

Sorry for not posting in awhile, my weeks been tough but been all worth it

So what i got from this verse was that God is always good and he will always stay with us no matter what and where we go. "His mercy endures forever". even tho we commit so many sins he will always be there for us.

like, basically, we're forever indebted to God right?
and practically we are in an almost completely forsaken situation;
where everything around us has been practically tampered by Satan,
like the world is basically Satan's playground.

And on Earth, God is our only salvation.
We're already in the "bad scenario we want to avoid"
But God is pulling us out step by step and stuff.
soo yeah. Our time on Earth should be seen as our Walk with God
and hopefully, if we get to the right place, we can have our Talk with God.
