haha yes, so i lost the internet connection after the first day... but i did my devos Smile

i would share all that i learned.. but theres so much.
pretty much the biggest thing was evangelism. Its so crucial, and it can save someone elses life.

i also learned a lot about worship.
i went to a seminar called "made to worship" and its so awesome.
like worship is part of us... God created us so that we are capable to worship. But we tend to stray off and try to satisfy our thirst with things we dont really need. Those are the false idols that we put in front of us. the things we worship ... to be satisfied. but in the end, who do we turn to? We always find that GOD is the one who quenches our thirst.
also theres this one statement that i was taught by Jaisy Tam (the speaker)

I am not a singer who worships, I am a worshiper who sings.

music is so little. Its not worship.. its only a PART of worship.
Can we worship without music? def.
but we need to always remember that its about God. I sort of lost focus in the past couple of months. Things got busy and hard...
but i found my focus again.

I prayed and cried on the last night. but oveflow... is so emotional. i can never tell if it was REAL or if it was just emotion until i notice change in my life later on... but one things for sure, more then singing as loud as you can. in times when you worship.. you need to learn to just sit and listen.
see God move.

I saw the congregation singing, they had their hands lifted high. singing at the top of their lungs, jumping up and down.. singing..
and im probably the only person whos ever cried in the middle of a fast song.
As I concentrated on the lyrics and just sat their watching... i thought about mil al. Like that whole time... my focus was on mil al
i could see that God wanted this from our church. To be unashamed when we worship... to not be afraid to jump up and down for Him.
More then just our praise team... we need to pray for our WHOLE CONGREGATION. our whole church.
Ask God for the holy spirit to move through our church like never before. no more dry worship you know ?
its a lot right now.. but im sure if we continue to pray.. then we'll see change Smile
