you guys im so stressed... plus i tried figuring out my courses for next year and i have to get it all sorted out now so that it can match up with my trip to korea... and man.... it looks like hell..... HAHAHAHHA but yeah, studying hard for my exams

to be honest, i didnt get anything from todays chapter... maybe its because i have a lot on my mind..... ill read it again later and post if i get anything

i really didn't get anything from this chapter, and i seriously thought this is where Paul dies, so i read on... but he doesn't...

I talked to my brother-in-law today regarding spiritual warfare over a bowl of pho. He told me something that I want to share, because I think this has become a common issue

"Don't let the media tell you what spiritual warfare, or your faith is, for they too often glorify Satan and not God. Once you start to accept hollywood's dipiction of spiritual warfare, you will have a hard time understading the truth. The media does not want to talk about normal boring God, they rather base it around Satan. The Bible is right there if you want the truth, but we rather just listen to the tv etc."

something like that, not word for word.

It was a wake-up call for me. lol

Today's chapter

not much...but we can see the determination Paul has to not give in.

that is all lol

i didnt get anything from this chapter

but i did get something neat from my book

to sum it up:
The Bible is like a map to the atlantic ocean
by standing on the beach, you can see how magnificent the ocean is (just like you see how magnificent God is)
but no on will ever see all of the ocean at once...
The map, like the Bible, is a lesser version of the ocean. but it does 2 things that are important:
it sums up all the knowledge of the ocean from past visitors, and secondly,
you need the map to go anywhere in the ocean.

The Bible is a map to what cannot be put into one piece of paper, but as boring as it seems compared to the amazing ocean (or God) it is necessary right guys? ye ye

anywho, my eyes have never hurt this bad... im going to bed

Oh my goodness... you know you've been doing too much law, when..
you can't read like a sentence ofthis chapter without having to mentally apply legal principles.
It's like God's trying to use the bible to reenforce my knowledge!
MUAHAHA.

haha so same with everyone else, i didnt get much from this passage.
ive been studying hard all day
unlike the past.. 3 days when i did absolutely nothing cause im a failure at life.

Also might i just say that. PAPERMATE makes the best pens EVER!
and Staples 'hype' highlighters are fantastic. even the greens and pinks and oranges aren't too dark so you cant see the words, but are just the ride shade to maximize the effecitivity of your highlighting.
really makes a difference in your studying
