haha guess what guys .
im sick again! but its not so serious this time.... my throat just hurts a bit .
the weather is super duper cold!!!!! i woke up and saw frost on the rooftops this morning... omg.... NO SNOW DONT COME YETTTTT .

1 samuel, is a lot longer than i remember.. but haha hes chapter 26

im stil amazed by how obediant... and how caring David is.
He's so focused on keeping God's word, for obeying His every command.
I also love how he FEARS the Lord. I feel like it means that David is fully aware of what God is capable of.
Also i noticed how He gave it all to God, He put God incharge of his life "if God wants to kill him, He will kill him or Saul will die a natural death" woaaahh, trustttttt.
lastly, its wierd how David doesnt want to kill saul, as much as saul wants to kill david.
Davids one good guy, no?
i pray that each and everyone of us will become like this. caring, understanding, and letting God take control. David gave it all to God, and so should we

I agree, Samuel is very long..
Anyhoo I didn't really get that much from today's chapter, but i did like how Saul repented.
Then Saul said, "I have sinned. Come back, David my son. Because you considered my life precious today, I will not try to harm you again. Surely I have acted like a fool and have erred greatly."
I think Saul finally realized how much of a sinner he is - all of his attempts at killing or harming David, and David's actions of love and humility hopeefully really showed him the error of his ways, and impelled him to repent and decide to be better... And even though the past few chapters we've all just been hatin' on Saul, at least he was able to look back and admit to his wrongdoings, which we all know is a lot harder todo than it seems

So what II got from today was that Saul became good again! It's amazing how much God works through other people to change a person. Saul was trying to kill David and then he asks for forgiveness. Saul used to be a christian prosecutor, then a good christian and king, then bad jealous noob, and now a humble guy. Amazing how that works huh?

God can really change lives for people if we're willing to work with him and let him have his way with us and i really want him to do that
