uhmmm, i did number two on my own.. sorry i didnt post it..
i posted my after retreat thing.. did my essay and fell asleep... HAHA i had computer key prints all over the side of my face....attractive... LOL
so basically a majority of my tests will be done after tomorrow study study study

ill admit i didnt get a whole lot from this chapter.. but one verse stood out to me..
2Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

as christians our mentality has to be different from those who dont believe.
because we have God, we need to aim for diffferent goals and etc etc.
we have different standards that all end up to GOD! yeaaahh !

11 In this new life, it doesn't matter if you are a Jew or a Gentile, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized,s slave, or free. Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us.

It doesnt matter if we are sinners because we are born that way.
I think the term new life means the moment Jesus gave his life for all our sins,
he gave us new life at that moment. So after that, it didnt matter what type of person we are,
because Christ is the biggest thing that we gotta aim for in our lives.
THe part where it says he lives in us is amazing. That we get to have a part of God in us is such a great privillege.

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

Don't let temporary satisfaction get to you, remember that God's reward is greater and everlasting!

12Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
We as a praise team must get better at this, to the point where we can do it within our own church.
We are a community because we share things. Be an example and lead like Christ

18Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

Life can be kinda sucky when it comes to all the work we have to do - whether it be for school, for work, for our families, friends, etc. But remember 'Always Worship'? that applies to any time we're busting our butts for any sort of 'work'. It becomes a lot more rewarding if we give it up to the Lord and tell ourselves that we're doing it for God - not ourselves, our boss, whoever it may be. And I think it'll make the work a little more pleasurable
I'll remember that tomorrow during my shift.

Back from Night School and it's all good guys...
I life turned 180 degrees in 2 weeks, cant believe it...HAHA
I was all stressed out 2 weeks ago and everything is good now... HAAAA
