what up guys!
here is my devos!
what i read: 2 Chronicles 24
what i learned: well king Joash is in charge of the kingdom now and his father Jehoiada was helping him out and with his help Joash did great things in the eyes of the Lord, but Jehoiada ends up dying cause of old age, and the moment that he dies Joash starts to do evil in the eyes of the Lord for no apparent reasons. for most of the kings they had a woman or a person that would lead them astray, but for Joash he did it on his own.
what i am going to do: well i find it interesting how when a person looses someone of influence in their life they could turn away and keep strong the traditions of what they had learned. my hope is that what i have learned from my parents, i will be able to keep, but i will also be able to teach my kids to be independant and not turn from the Lord when i pass.
