Psalm 74

9 We are given no signs from God;
no prophets are left,
and none of us knows how long this will be.
O-O. Puts perspective into things when we argue with others' and their religion. The fact that our religion is based on FAITH is also meant in a way where we have to be careful with our methods when we talk about God. o-o kinda feels like God did it on purpose, so that we would be more involved, and knowledgeable about what we're doing...

We shouldn't have a valid argument. Our belief in God should be BASED ON FAITH. and we build it from there.

16/17: The day is yours, and yours also the night;
you established the sun and moon.
It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth;
you made both summer and winter.

I know some of us are struggling to stay positive during exam time,
but just wanted to remind you guys that it's all been planned out.
I, myself, had an extremely slow day, but I'm so grateful for it.
I'm more than thankful to be a part of God's day, have the privilege to live in it.
No matter how sad or happy, God ALWAYS gives us what we actually need.
Whether its intended to help us turn to Him, or for other reasons we cannot understand, I'll ALWAYS be thankful

Verse 10-11: "How long, O God, will you allow your enemies to insult you? will you let them dishonor your name forever? Why do you hold back your strong right hand? Unleash your powerful fist nad destroy them."

This chapter is very repetitive of the last chapter. It talks more about how God needs to take action and show the enemies who's boss! I feel that these chapters sound more like complaining. They want the ones who have done wrong to get what they deserve. But God has compassion and mercy for everyone.

I don't have much for this chapter.....sorry.

Need to sleep early....I have another test tomorow!

I didn't really get much from this chapter other than that it explains just how bad the world is becoming.
We're all going against each other, wrecking havoc in each others lands, destroying everything because of our beliefs...
How unfortunate.
Let's all keep last weeks sermon in mind and remember to work on the golden rule in our lives!
