Psalm 72 June 8th

a

14 He will rescue them from oppression and violence,
for precious is their blood in his sight.

It's so hard to believe that we're all equal in the eyes of good.
The fact that God loves bbillions of usjust as much as anyone else
No matter how insignificant someone seems to uus, that person is everything in god's eyes.

This chapter is really confusing me.

Just came back from something a little bit upsetting,
can't seem to focus right now.
sorry guys.

Nothing really stood out to me today......
I got that this is Solomon talking to God and he was praying asking to take care of the ones who are poor (Physically, mentally, and in faith). He asks God to show them the amazing grace of God. This is only the begining of the chapter but I found this part with the most meaning in the chpater. The rest of the chapter was not as clear to me....

13: He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy from death.

This verse is extremely reassuring.
All I need is faith in the bible and it will tell me everything that I need to know.
There was a presentation today on third world countries.
It showed the class how we could help, instead of just saying, "Oh that's awful" and return to our dinners.
That's another reason why I want to take part in the inner city missions with our church.
Very strong verse, warms my heart to hear it.
Although I obviously knew that God takes care of His children, I was just glad to read this verse.
Even though I should believe it without seeing it, it's just human nature to see it with our own eyes.
Isn't that what faith is all about?

Sorry guys, I'm having a rough week and everything is going in one ear and out the other. :/ In other words, I can't think right now. I'll see you guys tomorrow.

I didnt get anything form this chapter. maybe cause ive been so stressed today. had a whole project due today gah.
