Something that lit up my brain was the word choice there. They used the word "rock", which in reference to the two men building houses parable, means that God is our foundation, and he IS the ALPHA. The START. It kinda makes me think that God's just saying; "Here, this is a perfect chance to start a perfect life with me. Whatever you do down the line, I won't stop you from doing so." Also references to the whole free will topic. When God created MAN, he gave them free will to carry out their missions throughout the garden of eden. Adam n Eve FREELY praised and worshipped God. He didn't hypnotize them with ultimate charisma, he was just THAT ALMIGHTY.

Main point I want to get across, what are we doing with GOD as our FOUNDATION of our utter existence?

Nothing new, just that God is our King and he is the almighty...Yea.

Didnt get much from this chapter...
summer school is killing me

I think this series of chapters showed me that there are no numbers of words that can describe the greatness of the lord in the world. We may find it tiring to keep reading about but that shouldnt be the case because the words of his greatness should last forever! It again shows us the human complex and how we are not fit to be seen in gods eyes and reiterates how good god really is!

Other than this nothing REALLY stuck out to me
Flock however is a reference of birds and there's usually one leader.
And as regular geese, we follow the leader.. ahem. God.
When we think about WHY we should follow, it's more often than not, because we need to be taken care of.
We NEED someone to look up to, just how Hitler led the germans. He convinced the germans that he would help them
And being desperate as they were... THOSE FOOLS. They followed.
Just how we are desperate, for God. However in this case we are not fools.
We follow God because we need him, we love him.

THATS IT.

verse 3
"Let us come before his presence with thankgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms"
This verse reminded that when we pray we should always thank God for what he has given us and we shouldnt always prayfor what we want in t future.

Andthe second part of th e verse was saying how we should enjoy praisinng God and we shouldnt not wanna do it.

I didn't get much.....
I understood that the chapter was about how mighty and loving God is to each and everyone of us.
