Our sermon today on leaders and followers.

I say it was mostly on followers. Remember Pastor Moses' sermon on followers? Long time ago, it was on this university that had like 500+/- applications and there was this one question where it asked whether said person's role was either follower or leader. And then, all but one person wrote they'd see themselves as a leader, and that one girl who said she sees herself as a follower showed that she's a visionary.

To be able to see the bigger picture, and to understand when x person is better as the leader, is one of the most important traits that we have to understand. Especially as a team, when Kevin wasn't here, we didn't really have that usual synergy, cuz we fooled around alot. Not Joseph but all of us, because we didn't really envision the big picture.

Just my two cents.

What I got today was that being a leader should be humbling and followers are leaders as well. To follow first is leading the other followers into leading which kinda sums up what Christianity is! We're leading other followers to be lead by god! g'day all!

I learned, this sunday, that we are all capable of being leaders and to follow others with no shame!
