TODAY WAS SO HOT.
"From now on I will tell you of new things,
of hidden things unknown to you.

God always has plans for us, he had plans for us before we were even born. We are called to serve for God it's our choice to accept it or not.
In our hands our future is already decided...scary isn't it? God knows where we'll end up, what we'll end up doing and etc. Still, God will provide joyous things and amazing things in our life! Look to God and be blessed! Also give all your content to God, he deserves it.

yes, I have called him.
I will bring him,
and he will succeed in his mission.

This is really encouraging. God has called us, and he's telling us that we WILL succeed in glorifying God. Let's continue to pray and have a heart for it!

What I got from Isaiah 48 is that peace can only come from following God and His plan. In the beginning of this chapter, it's clear that everything that God once said would happen did become true, and people like us were so wrong about not taking God's advice in order to live their own lives. Even though we know that God is always right and sees everything in the future, I think it's only natural for us to, most of the time, take control over our lives and assure ourselves that what we know is best. In fact, sometimes, it's hard to define what God wants for us, and that is probably why we make ourselves believe that what we want is what God wants.

I've always struggled with how people "hear" God or "know" His plans for them because I don't know if He literally speaks to them or gives them a clear sign. And I think it will be only through prayer and growing faith and trust in God that will help me to know what exactly God wants for me.
