In this verse it talks about how you should treat people as you want to be treated.
and also not to forget about God. Use every time of your day how your thankful
to God. Just don't waste your time doing nothing. So everytime you get a chance
just talk to Jesus.

It was a short book in the form of a letter to a church in Colossus (I think that's right), with Paul writing some wise words. To summarize, he spoke about some rules for holy living, some worldly things that we need to watch out for, a reminder of what Jesus did for us, and some encouragements.
